The App does not provide emergency medical services. In case of an emergency, call local emergency services immediately.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Do not misuse the App for unlawful activities or provide false medical information.

5. Healthcare Services Disclaimer

Medi4u is a platform connecting users with healthcare providers but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any consultation via the App is between the user and the healthcare provider. Medi4u is not responsible for the accuracy or effectiveness of any treatment or advice given.

6. Payments and Refunds

• Some services may require payments. Fees for consultations are displayed before booking.
• No refunds will be issued once a consultation has been completed unless explicitly mentioned in our refund policy.
• Payments are processed through third-party gateways, and Medi4u is not responsible for transaction failures.

7. Privacy Policy

Your data is collected, stored, and used as per our Privacy Policy.

Personal health information is protected, and we comply with applicable data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including logos, graphics, and software, is owned by Morbus Technologies and protected by copyright laws.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Do not interfere with the functionality of the App.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to servers or data.

10. Limitation of Liability

Medi4u is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App.

Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Noida, UP as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
