Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are only applicable for technical errors in transactions or if a service is not delivered as promised.
- If a scheduled consultation is canceled by the healthcare provider, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will not be provided for completed consultations unless there was a technical issue preventing the service from being delivered.
Refund Process:
- Users must submit a refund request within 48 hours of the issue.
- Requests can be submitted via our customer support email: mail@mediforu.com.
- Once the request is reviewed, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Consultations that have been successfully completed.
- Subscription-based services after usage.
- Missed appointments due to user negligence.
