Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds are only applicable for technical errors in transactions or if a service is not delivered as promised.
• If a scheduled consultation is canceled by the healthcare provider, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds will not be provided for completed consultations unless there was a technical issue preventing the service from being delivered.

Refund Process:

• Users must submit a refund request within 48 hours of the issue.
• Requests can be submitted via our customer support email: mail@mediforu.com.
• Once the request is reviewed, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Consultations that have been successfully completed.
• Subscription-based services after usage.
• Missed appointments due to user negligence.
